At Paramount Adventures we believe that an ounce of prevention is worth a ton of cure! Therefore all staff must have a good understanding of all our safety equipment and procedures. Captains,drivers and guides alike are required to make sure that all necessary safety equipments are on board either vesel or vehicle. We require a continious quarterly refresher for first responders,via video and or practical scenarios. Also the team must prepare practically by different scenario drills.
